Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
40 medium strawberries, whole
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
Using a paring knife, hollow out the top of each strawberry to a depth of approximately 3/4 of an inch. Using a pastry bag, fill each strawberry with cream cheese mixture just slightly above the top. Place on a cookie sheet as you do this. Once all of the strawberries are filled, dip each top into the crumbs and place back onto the cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet into the refrigerator and leave for a few hours to chill.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce for dipping if desired.
