2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese ¾ c sugar 2 eggs 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Cream all ingredients together and pour mixture over a vanilla wafer placed in bottom of cup cake paper cup. Fill only halfway. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and top with cherry pie filling.
