1 pounds ground beef
teaspoon ground ginger
2 pkgs. Oriental flavored ramen noodles
2 c. frozen broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. onion, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
In large (12) nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up into pieces. Remove with slotted spoon; pour off drippings. Season beef with one seasoning packet from noodles; set aside.

In same skillet, combine 2 cups water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger, and remaining seasoning packet. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Return beef to skillet; stir in green onion.
