1 cup sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and water in saucepan and cook over medium heat until sugar and butter is melted. Cover with tight lid and let cook until it boils. Remove lid, add nuts, and cook on high heat, stirring consistantly until mixture smokes and turns a tan color. Pour in a flat greased pan. While still warm cover with grated milk chocolate and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
