3 T. yeast in ½ c. warm water
2 ½ c. water
5 T. sugar
1 T. salt
½ c. oil
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Add enough flour until dough pulls away from side of bowl. Knead for 5 min. with dough hook. Put in greased bowl, cover and let raise for 1 hr. Punch dough down every 15 min. Roll out dough. Spread soft butter, brown sugar & cinnamon on dough. Roll up dough. Slice. Let rolls raise until double in size (about 45 min). Bake 400º for 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Frost while still slightly warm.

Cream Cheese Frosting for Cinnamon Rolls:
1 pkg. cream cheese, several cups of powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, a small amount of milk. Mix together until desired consistency
