1/3 c. sugar
3/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground coriander
1/4 t. ground cinnamon
1/8 t. ground all spice
1 egg white
2 t. vegatable oil
2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix dry ingredient and whisk in egg white and vegetable oil, add pecans and mix well. Spread mixture on an oil 10by15 inch pan. Bake at 300, stirring occasionally, until nuts are crisp and lightly browned, 20-25 minutes.
