Mix applesauce and cinnamon, and knead to form dough. Roll dough to 1/8" thick. Cut out shapes. (Be sure to make hole for hanging. I use a straw.) Place shapes on paper towel and let dry for 2 days, turning every 12 hours.
I use red or gold ribbons to hang from the tree. These smell wonderful!. These can be used for several years.
