3 to 3 1/2 cups bread
4 cups milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread place in bowl. Heat milk. Whip eggs with fork, add a little milk, add to bread, add rest of milk. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Grease cassarole pan with butter. Place puddng in cassarole pan. Dot with butter,sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
bake 1 hour at 350.
