1 cup diced celery ˝ cup seedless white grapes 1/3 cup roasted slivered almonds 5 oz can water chestnuts 1 ˝ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise ˝ tbsp curry powder ˝ tbsp soy sauce ˝ tbsp lemon juice 4-6 boiled chicken breasts, cubed or shredded
Mix first 5 ingredients together and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together thoroughly. Combine all ingredients and chill overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce with club crackers
