2 pounds ground chuck
2 med. onions, chopped finely
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
cup oil
2 tbsp or more flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, onions, salt, pepper and eggs. Mix well and shape into thick patties. Roll in flour and brown on both sides in hot oil. Remove patties when brown and pour off all but 3-4 tbsp fat. Add flour, salt, and pepper and mix well. Add milk and mushroom soup and stir until thick. Return patties to pan and cook 15 more minutes.
