2 pounds ground chuck
2 med. onions, chopped finely
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp or more flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, onions, salt, pepper and eggs. Mix well and shape into ¾” thick patties. Roll in flour and brown on both sides in hot oil. Remove patties when brown and pour off all but 3-4 tbsp fat. Add flour, salt, and pepper and mix well. Add milk and mushroom soup and stir until thick. Return patties to pan and cook 15 more minutes.
