1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
3/4 c, chopped nuts
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Sift flour with salt and baking powder and add to brown sugar mixture, stirring until well blended. Add bananas and beat until mixture is smooth. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 F. for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
