2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. seasoned salt
6 slices onion
6 slices mozzerella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine evaporated milk, beef, cracker crumbs, oregano and seasoned salt; mix well. Divide mixture into 12 parts and make 12 patties (about 4-4 1/2 inches). Place onion slices and cheese on top of 6 patties. Place the other 6 patties on top of cheese and press the edges together. Place on broiling rack on broiler pan. Bake: 350º fro 20-25 minutes. Do not turn patties.
