Cucumbers
2 tsp dill seed (per jar)
1/8 tsp of minced garlic (per jar)
1 qt white vinegar
2 qt water
3/4 c of canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan combine vinegar, water and canning salt. Bring to a good boil. Pack jars with cucumbers (cut, sliced or whole). Add 2 tsp of dillseed and 1/8 tsp of minced garlic to each jar.
Pour liquid into jars over cucumbers. Seal with canning lids.
