5 pounds baking potatoes
2 (3 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
cup butter softened
cup milk
2 tsp onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Cook in boiling water to cover 15-20 minutes or until tender, drain and place in large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and next 4 ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth and fluffy (do not overbeat). Spoon into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch or 3 qt, baking dish. Bake, covered at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with parsley.
