1 gallon cabbage, grated
3 lg onions, finely chopped
2 bell peppers, finely chopped
3 carrots, finely chopped
3 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 T salt
1 T black pepper
3 tsp red cayanne pepper
3 cups mustard

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling; continue to boil on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
