1 CUP SUGAR 1 CUP FLOUR 2TBS + 1tsp COCOA 3 CUPS MILK 1TBSP VANILLA
MIX FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS WELL TO ELIMINATE LUMPS. GRADUALLY ADD LIQUID, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. HEAT UNTIL ROLLING BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY AS IT THICKENS TO DESIRED CONSISTENCY. ADD BUTTER BEFORE SERVING OVER PIPING HOT BISCUITS.
