2 lbs ground beef (low fat)
1 large onion, chopped
1 package ranch dressing mix
2 packages taco seasoning
2 cans white shoe peg corn
2 cups water
1 can undrained black beans
1 can undrained pinto beans
1 can undrained kidney beans
1 can undrained diced tomatoes
1 large can Ro-Tel

Sauté and drain beef and onion. Combine all ingredients and simmer 2 hours. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, scoop corn chips or mexican cornbread.
