Ingredients:
* 1 package butter pecan cake mix
* 1 {4 ounce} package instant coconut pudding mix
* 1/4 cup canola oil
* 4 eggs
* 1 cup hot water
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1 cup nuts of choice
**walnuts &/or pecans work best**

Directions:
*Heat the oven to 350.*Spray & flour 3 loaf pans.*Beat together,on high speed,all the ingredients for 2 minutes.*Pour equal parts into the pans.*Bake for 15 minutes @ 350,then reduce the heat to 300 & bake for 45 more minutes.
**These freeze up beautifully.Cool only slightly,stick them in a freezer ziploc bag & have some for later !**
