**SOAK THE BREAD TODAY~
HAVE IT TOMORROW **
* 4 eggs
* 1/3 cup milk
* 2/3 cup orange juice
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* 8 slices {1' thick} French bread
* 1/2 stick of butter
*ground macadamia nuts

Coconut Glaze:
* cream of coconut {found at the liquor store}
* light caro syrup

*In a medium bowl,whisk together the eggs,milk,juice,sugar,nutmeg & vanillla.*Place the bread in a shallow pan that has a tight fitting lid.*Pour the egg mixture over the bread,turn the skices over to coat both sides,cover & stick it in the fridge overnight.*THE NEXT DAY**Heat the oven to 350.*Melt the butter,brush one side of each slice with the butter & top with the nuts.*Bake on a sprayed baking sheet,nuts side up, for 20 to 25 minutes or 'til golden brown.*In the meantime combine equal parts of the cream of coconut & the caro syrup in a saucepan & warm it up.*Serve over the hot french toast.
