4 T. bacon grease
7 T. flour
2 onions chopped
1 c. celery chopped
1 large bell pepper chopped
1 clove garlic
6 c. chicken stock(4 cans broth)
2 bay leaves
dash cayenne
1 can tomato puree(1 lb.)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 lb. okra
1 lb. crab meat
1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp
1 pt. oysters
1 c. white wine

Saute onions, celery, bell pepper & garlic in bacon grease until
tender. Add flour, stock, bay leaves, tomato puree, parsley,
salt, pepper, & cayenne. At last add okra and let get tender but
don't boil. Then add crab meat, shrimp, oysters, wine &
Worcestershire. Serve over rice.
