1 lb. lean ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1 8oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef until browned; add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts. Spoon into chafing dish and keep warm. Serve with corn chips.
