1 lb. stew meat 1/2 c. vinegar 2 T. oil 1/2 c. molasses 16 oz. tomato sauce 2 c. sliced carrots 2 tsp. chili powder 2 c. raw onion rings 2 tsp. paprika 1 lg. green pepper, sliced 1/4 c. sugar 2 stalks of celery, chopped 1 tsp. salt
Brown stew meat in oil and put in crockpot. Add all other ingredients. Stir. Cook 8 hours on low heat. Serve over rice.
