1 pkg. Oreos
½ c. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
½ c. butter
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 can Carnation milk
1 tsp. vanilla
½ gal. vanilla ice cream
1 c. Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos and mix in ½ c. melted butter. Press into 9x13" pan. Freeze.

To make the fudge topping, boil the sugar, remaining butter, chocolate chips and Carnation milk. Add vanilla.

Spread softened ice cream onto cookie crust. Lightly press peanuts into ice cream. Pour thoroughly cooled fudge topping over ice cream and freeze.
