3 eggs ½ c. milk ½ tsp. vanilla cinnamon sourdough French bread granola
Mix above ingredients well. Dip slices of sourdough French bread into the mixture, coating both sides. Turn in granola to coat both sides and bake on a pre-heated 250º griddle. Can be served with syrup, but is delicious as is.
