1 whole lemon cut into 8 pieces(remove seeds) 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 2/3 stick oleo Pinch of salt 1 unbaked pie shell
Put all in food processor and beat until light. I put the sugar and lemon in first and then add the other ingredients. Put in crust. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 275º and bake until brown and set.
