5 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 small cans Carnation milk
12 oz.pkg. chocolate chips
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil and boil exactly 6 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chips until melted. Add nuts and pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan.
