2/3 C. BROWN SUGAR
1/2 C. BUTTER, SOFTENED
2 EGGS
1 t. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. uncooked quick oats
1 small pkg. instant coconut cream pudding

FROSTING-
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 T butter, softened
1-2 T. milk
1/4 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar and
1/2 c. butter in lge. bowl.; beat until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla . mix well. Add flour, oats and pudding mix; beat until well mixed. Spread in buttered 8" square pan and bake for 23-27 min. Cool completely.

For frosting-Combine powdered sugar and butter in small bowl and beat until well mixed. Add enuf milk
for desired spreading consistency and spread over cooled bars, sprinkle with coconut.
