3-4 White Potatoes sliced thin
1 med chopped onion
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
Layer with potatoes and onions sprinkling flour between each layer.
Pour milk over and dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

"Many years ago, Mom and I were visiting Grandma Kinsella one afternoon and she had scalloped potatoes baking. They really smelled good, so I asked for the recipe. She told me, "potatoes, onions, a little flour, salt and pepper, cover with milk".
