Prepare cake mix as directed and pour into a greased and floured 10 x 15 pan. Bake in a 350F oven 20-25 minutes. While cake is baking, combine remaining ingredients, leaving large crumbs. Place on hot cake and return to oven for remainder of time listed on the cake box. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
