8 chicken breast (cooked bones removed) 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of cream of chicken soup 8 oz of sour cream 2 Tbsp poppy seed 1 1/2 tubes of crumbled Ritz crackers 1 stick of real butter and maybe a tad bit more
Grease 9x13 casserole dish. Mix together chicken, soups and sour cream place in casserole dish. Crumble crackers and place over the chicken mixture. Melt butter and pour over the crackers. Sprinkle poppy seed on top......I don't measure just sprinkle. Bake in pre-heated oven at 300 for approx. 30 min. or until bubbly and crackers begin to brown. Serve over cooked rice.
