1 can of tomato soup
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 cups cooked shrimp
½ chopped onion
½ chopped celery
½ chopped bell pepper
1 cup of mayonnaise
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 can of tomato soup. Add 8 oz. cream cheese. Melt until smooth. May need to use a mixer. Take off heat. Mix 2 T. unflavored gelatin with 1/2 c. water. Add to soup and blend. Let cool. Add 2 c. cooked shrimp, 1/2 c. of each- onion, celery, bell pepper. Stir in 1 c. mayonnaise. Salt and pepper. Place in a mold and chill overnight.
