1 box of 4oz cooked vanilla pudding
1 box yellow cake mix
1 bag, 11-12oz butterscotch morsels
1 large or small bag English Walnuts pieces (I use pecans)
1/3 to 1/2 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pudding as directed on the box. Add the dry cake mix and stir well. Spread the mixture in a floured and greased cake pan. On top of the mix, sprinkle the nuts, morsels, and brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
