2 onions
2 tomatoes, frozen
1/2 green pepper
1 carrot
1/2 potato
preferred soup, i.e. minestrone, mushroom, etc
1 garlic clove
Add your desired amount of these ingredients:
Olive oil
Tomato paste
16 oz. of beef or chicken
Pepper and salt

Prepare:
1. Cut the onions into fine pieces.
2. Grate the tomatos.
3. Dice the green peppers, carrots and tomatoes.
4. Put in the sliced garlic.
Cook:
1. Fry the onions in olive oil, until they brown.
2. Add in half of the green pepper and garlic, and fry the remaining 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes, reduce the heat, and let simmer for about 10 minutes. After half of the tomato sauce has evaporated, add in soup mix.
4. Bring to boil and add the carrots and potatos.
5. Keep adding small quantities of soup until done.
6. Stir until it boils, add salt and pepper.
7. Leave to simmer for about 15 minutes.
