2 1lb. cans kidney beans
1 lb. hot sausage
1 large can tomatoes, about 1 qt. cut up with juice and 1 qt. water
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. leaf Thyme
4 or 5 large potatoes, cut up small

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and break up in small pieces. Pour off grease. Put all ingredients together except potatoes. Cook about one hour and half then add potatoes. Cook until tender. Serve with cornbread.
