2 pounds bulk or packaged fresh sausage
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
16 oz. (4 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients. At the end of mixing, it may be necessary to mix by hand. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on greased cookie sheets for 15 minutes.
Can be frozen uncooked.
