1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 8 oz Soft Cream Cheese
1 qt Strawberries
1 c sugar
4 tsp Cornstarch
Pinch of Salt
1 c water
4 T Strawberry Jello

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pie crust into pie pan, prick and bake according to directions.
Wash and dry strawberries. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt,
and water in boiler and cook until clear. Once clear add Jello and
stir until dissolved. Let cool. Spread cream cheese over bottom
of crust, add strawberries and pour liquid over them. Refrigerate
until set. Top with cool whip or whip cream and decorate with
strawberries on top.
