11/4 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup orange juice
2 T. orange rind
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup canned milk
5 cup flour
1 cup flour for kneading

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and scald milk, sugar, butter and salt. Cool milk mixture to warm. Dissolve yeast in water. Mix liquid ingredients with 5 c flour. Let stand for 10 min. knead dough using other 1 c flour. After kneading well, place in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thick and form into desired shapes. Let raise 2 hours. Bake 375º for 20 min.
