Pancake Mix:
10 cups flour
2 1/2 cups instant dry milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking powder
2 T. salt


Pancakes:
1 1/2 cups pancake mix
1 egg
1 cup water
3 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients for the pancake mix. Label and store in airtight container in cool dry place.

For Pancakes: beat egg, water and oil in small bowl. Combine with pancake mix in larger bowl, blend well. Cook.
