1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 (10oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped and cooked
1 large onion, chopped fine
6oz. cottage cheese
1 stick oleo, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli, beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add everything except cornmeal. Add cornmeal last. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
