* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup firm pack brown sugar
* 1 cup softened butter
* 2 tsp. vanilla
* 2 eggs
* 2 1/2 cups flour
* 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
* 1 tsp. baking soda
* 1 cup chopped pecans
* 48 Rolo chewy caramel in
milk chocolate/unwrapped
* 1 TBSP. sugar
* 1/2 cup vanilla ready to use frosting

*In a mixing bowl combine the cup of sugar,brown sugar,& butter & beat 'til light & fluffy.*Add the vanilla & eggs.*Lightly spoon off the flour into a measuring cup to equal the amount needed & put in a medium bowl,add the cocoa & baking soda & mix well.*Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture & blend well on low.*Stir in 1/2 the pecans.*Cover & stick in the fridge for easier handling.*Heat the oven to 375.*In a small bowl combine the rest of the pecans & the 1 TBSP. of the sugar.*For each cookie,with floured hands,shape about 1 TBSP. of the dough around 1 piece of candy,covering it completely.*Press one side of the dough ball into the sugar/pecan mixture & place nut side up , 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.*Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or 'til set & slightly cracked,cool 2 minutes & then onto a rack to cool.*Melt the ready frosting in a microwave proof bowl until just melted & drizzle over cooled cookies.
