Caesar dressing:
3/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 inch, or to taste, anchovy paste
dash Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, in warm bath, for 5 minutes
2 Tbsp. orange juice

Salad:
Romaine lettuce
1 Tbsp. capers, to taste
Parmesan cheese
Croutons (homemade are best)

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour desired amount of dressing on salad. Toss and serve. Serves 6-12 depending on amount of romaine you use.
