1-2 mashed cloves of garlic
1/2 inch to taste anchovy paste
dash worcestshire sauce
1 egg
Romaine greens
Romano cheese
croutons

mix dressing ingredients in a jar shake and pour, toss with romaine garlic croutons and grated romano cheese
