2 cups whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (4oz) diced green chili peppers, drained
(temperature of chili up to you!)
1/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into a greased baking dish. Set in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350-degrees for approx. 1 hour or until set.
Can be served hot or cold.
