1-Butter Recipe Yellow cake mix
2-Ripe Bananas (about 1 cup)
1-cup water
3 lg. eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 cup pecans - chopped (for topping)

Directions:
Heat over to 350º. Grease and flour a large cookie baking pan (17 1/2 X12 in.)
In a large mixing bowl combine bananas, water, eggs and oil; mix about 1 minute on slow speed. Add cake mix and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. pour into prepared pan and bake for 15 - 18 minutes. Immediately pour Peanut Butter on top and then sprinkle with the chopped pecans. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.

Peanut Butter Frosting:
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1-1/2 cups powered sugar
4 tbls. milk
Mix all together until smooth. We put in microwave for about 20 seconds to warm so it will spread smoothly.
