1/2 onion
1/2 potato
1/2 carrot
2 tsp. salt
2-4 tbsp. sesame oil
1 bowl of white sticky rice

Directions:

1. Heat a medium size skillet on low heat.
2. While the skillet is heating, chop onion, potato, and carrot into small pieces.
3. Then put the sesame oil on the pan (just so that it thinly coats the skillet).
4. Then place all the vegetables into the skillet and sauté the vegetables in the skillet and add a tsp. of salt.
5. When all the vegetables are all fully cooked, place the bowl of rice into the skillet and cook everything together, at the end, add the rest of the salt if necessary.
