1 2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cut up cooked turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 egg
1 cup Bisquick 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.Stir vegetables, turkey and soup in ungreased 9 in. pie plate.Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour in pie plate. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

I found this recipe in a magazine and like to use it after Thanksgiving or when we have a turkey. I am sure you could use chicken instead.
