1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup powdered chocolate drink mix
2/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Put the instant coffee in a food processor and blend until it becomes a fine powder. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Store in 2 12 oz, jars.

Personal Notes:
Mix 3 tbsps. with a 6 oz. cup of hot water. This makes a great gift, especially put in a pretty container.
