3 lbs boneless pork loin roast
1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork on rack in open roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Mix orange juice, ginger and garlic powder. Baste roast with mixture last 20 minutes of roasting.
