6 pork chops
3 or 4 unpeeled apples, cored and sliced
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops on all sides in skillet. Place apple slices in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Top with chops. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
