1 box au gratin potatoes 4 cups chopped cabbage 1/4 cup pimiento 4 pork chops, browned
Prepare potatoes following directions on package, except use a 2 quart casserole dish and increase water to 2 1/2 cups. Stir in cabbage and pimiento, then top with chops. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
