2 large onions
4 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbs. brown sugar
2 tbs. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onions into thick slices. Put a little oil in skillet and over medium heat cook onions until tender; put aside. In the same skillet, add pork chops and cook 5 minutes on both sides. In saucepan, add brown sugar and vinegar. Heat to boiling, pour over pork chops, and add onions. Cook 5 minutes.
